Information on Protection and Processing of Personal Data

This information notice has been prepared to explain the principles regarding the processing of personal data of guests using the online reservation infrastructure provided by Rezervem Teknoloji Hizmetleri A.Ş.

1. Data Controller and Data Processor

Pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPL”), the data controller of your personal data processed within the scope of reservation services is the restaurant/hotel where you make the reservation.

Rezervem Teknoloji Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“Rezervem”) provides the reservation infrastructure and acts as a data processor within this scope.

2. Personal Data Processed and Purposes of Processing

Your personal data include name, surname, phone number, e-mail address, and reservation details and are processed for the following purposes:

• Receiving and managing reservation requests,
• Table and capacity planning,
• Sending reservation confirmations, reminders, cancellations or changes,
• Sending payment or prepayment notifications,
• Managing customer relations and operational processes,
• Fulfilling legal obligations.

3. Operational Communications and International Data Transfers

For the establishment and performance of reservation services, mandatory reservation-related notifications (such as confirmations, reminders, payment or prepayment notices, cancellations, and changes) may be sent via SMS, e-mail, phone calls, or messaging platforms such as WhatsApp.

For these purposes, your contact information may be processed through messaging, e-mail, and communication service providers located both within and outside of Turkey and may therefore be transferred abroad.

4. Legal Grounds

Your personal data are processed based on Article 5(2) of the PDPL for the establishment and performance of a contract and for the fulfillment of legal obligations.

5. Your Rights under the PDPL

Pursuant to Article 11 of the PDPL, you have the right to learn whether your personal data are processed, request information, request correction or deletion, and claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

You may submit your requests regarding these rights to the restaurant/hotel acting as the data controller.
